How To Lose Fat – Staying Focused, Dedicated and Motivated
In any success story there are key points in time that made the story a true feet of accomplishment. If you listen to some of the strongest personalities in the world today they will tell you the dedication to what they are doing and they are motivated to complete what they started. Part of this is some failure or in your fat loss effort a setback. I read an approach to your fitness goal which was the 2 step forward one step back. This approach was to prevent the pla everyone goes through.
I tend to agree with this approach a little. I would like to see 3 steps forward and a 1/2 step back, but you have to find out what works for you. Find something that you can look at everyday to motivate your self to work through your goals to the end. Remain dedicated to your goal. Try not to adjust your goal to you dedication level at a point in time. Stay the course and fight for that end result.
You can achieve anything that you want to if you have a good plan, stay dedicated to your goal, find motivational things in your life.
Here are a couple of tips:
1. Take a picture of your self in a swim suit. Keep in somewhere that you can look at it when your drive to continue is being tested.
2. Write down your goal(s) and keep them with you on a piece of paper. Take a peek at them when you feel the need too.
3. Have what I call a cheat sheet. This is a list of foods that you can eat outside the home. Take a look at it before you order.
4. Keep a journal. Write about your day. Look back at what you did and what you ate. It does help
5. Join an online support forum, read about others, post about your self. You are not alone in your quest.
These are just 5 things you can do to keep your motivation and dedication to your health goals alive. They really do help you to remain on track with your goals. These tricks for any goals you have in life, not just weight fat lose.

How To Lose Fat – The Magic Pill
The Magic Pill
Are there really magic pills that will allow me to burn my fat? This must be one of the most asked questions in my inbox and in any forum.
The only reply is NO! There is no magic pill that one can take and wake-up the next day and be pounds lighter. There are supplements that combined with a well balanced diet, exercise and proper rest will help to promote weight lose and maybe some fat lose. But, I would caution anyone looking at these to read the labels, check with you doctor and do not believe the ads about these products.
The supplement world is not regulated by the “peoples to be”. So they do not have to clinically prove what they claim. The side affects (short and long term) are not well documented and there are really not many studies done on these.
Another word of caution here is most of these products will promote water loss. They are ringing you out like a wet rag. Most of them contain some kind of diuretic, like caffeine. So, if you do take a fat burning supplement, maintain a very healthy water intake, and please do not take more then the bottles says to take.

How To Lose Fat – the quick home workout
The Home Gym
The thought here is to get a full body workout at home with little or no equipment, but still put out the same level of effort as you would do at the gym.
Hmmm……

I would have to say this would depend on your goals. If you are looking to trim off some fat, then yes you can do this at home with little to no equipment. If you are looking to bulk-up. Then you will have to invest in some resistance equipment to put those muscles under some stress. I am putting together a report on getting a good weight workout without weights. This is coming soon. … Carry on …..
3 movements you can stack together to get a great workout in and not spend a dime.
1. Push-ups
– This can be done with varying hand positions(wide and close)
– You can do them from your knees or you tip toes
– You can try one arm (this is advanced)
2. Sit-ups or leg lifts
– You can do full sit ups or crunches
– You can sit on the edge of the stairs or chair and pull your knees to your mid-section
3. Jumping Jacks
– You can do traditional jacks or add some challenge by crossing you legs from time to time
You can mix up the order that you do these movements. Change the time you rest in between them or super set them and only rest after you complete a set of all 3.
As you can see you will raise your heart rate, stress out some muscles and target some abs.

The weekend is upon us!

Weather is 50/50. Rain/Sun. But you still have a couple days off from work. Well not everyone. But if you do, enjoy your time off.
To the Thought.
The weekend is a great time to let go of your goals and have some fun. If you have made some progress towards your goals, weather that be fat loss or building some muscle mass, you might want to take a day off and indulge. There is nothing wrong with putting your efforts on the shelve for a day and having some fun. Even professional athletes take days off. So treat your self this weekend.

How to Lose Fat in the Summer
The first edition of the Morning Cup. I will use this for my thought of the day while I partake in my morning cup of java. Yes you can have a cup of coffee with your favorite creamer. Just do not go over board. I do all the time. But I love the taste
To the thought…..
It is getting hot outside. Summer is a great season. There are so many outside activities that we can do outside in the summer.
- Go for a walk
- Play games with the kids.
If you do not have any kids, go outside and act like one.
- Take a bike ride
- Play a yard game
Anyway… you get the point. Summer is the time to burn. It is a great time to be active and speed up you fat burning goals.
There is one caution here.
Do not forget to drink your water. The more you sweat the more water you need. Remember that water is a key ingredient in your fat burning. To be honest, water is the key ingredient to a health life style.
So get outside, get active and drink up.
